Turnip & Duck is an award-winning, Dublin-based production company producing a variety of work across TV, radio and digital platforms. Bringing together the producing and writing talents of Colm Tobin and Aidan O'Donovan, the company was established in 2016 to develop and produce original IP, with a particular focus on animation and off-kilter comedy for kids.

As well as our own projects, Turnip & Duck offers services to the wider animation and production sector in Ireland and beyond. Our expertise is in comedy writing, producing and VO directing but we love all sorts of collaborations! Give us a shout!

  • Other Work

    Co-Productions & Service Work

We're in the early stages of developing a wildlife based comedy sketch show for young Irish audiences, alongside our long-time collaborator and all-round visual genius, Ian Benjamin Kenny.

We're also working with the talented folk at Treehouse Republic, and co-developing a very exciting new STEM-based show aimed at young viewers (and hopefully the new generation of scientists)!

On the service end we've also been busy working with the guys at Studio POWWOW on their stunning series ShipAntics.
